Art for the Soul

Art helps. Oftentimes when nothing else will. Drawing, sketching, painting, practicing, digital, three-dimensional, professional.  It can be hard to pull out your supplies.  It can be harder to come up with ideas.  It can be nearly impossible to actually start, let alone finish.   But it helps.  It doesn't have to be perfect.   All it requires is that you create it.
